90's vs. 2000's Giveaway

1. Eligibility

• Must be 21 years or older to enter, due to alcohol availability at the event.
• Open to U.S. residents only.
• Each person may submit one entry form.
• Additional entries may be earned through optional referral participation as described in the promotional materials.
• Duplicate form submissions may be disqualified.

2. Entry Period & Winner Selection

• Entries will be accepted from July 18, 2026 through August 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
• Seven (7) winning groups will be selected at random. Each winning entrant may bring three (3) guests, all of whom must be 21 or older.
• Winners will be notified via email/SMS on August 3, 2026.
• Winners must confirm participation by 11:59 PM ET on August 5, 2026. Unconfirmed spots may be reassigned.

3. Prize Terms

• Prize includes, for a group of four (4) people: free admission to the Throwback Fest — 90's vs. 2000's at Flynn's Fire Island on August 8, 2026; expedited "skip-the-line" VIP entry; a dedicated reserved table; dedicated waitress service; and drink tickets.
• Winning groups will also receive one (1) song request performed by The 90's Band during their set (subject to the band's repertoire and discretion) and an on-stage shoutout for their group.
• Transportation to and from Fire Island is NOT included. Winners are responsible for their own travel to Flynn's Fire Island (accessible by public ferry from Bay Shore or private boat). No transportation reimbursement will be provided.
• Prize elements are non-transferable and have no cash value. No substitutions except at the sponsor's discretion.

4. Event Cancellation & Rescheduling

• The event will be rain or shine. However, if the event is canceled due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
• If the event cannot be rescheduled, the giveaway will be considered null and void, with no alternate prize or compensation.

5. Marketing & Privacy

• By entering, you consent to receive marketing from The 90's Band and Flynn's Fire Island.
• Entrant information will be shared between the two parties for marketing purposes only.
• Data will not be sold or shared beyond partners/vendors used for marketing execution.

6. Liability Waiver

• By entering and attending, winners release The 90's Band, Flynn's, and affiliated partners from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages.

7. Photo/Video Release

• Attending winners consent to being photographed/recorded for use in promotional materials across social, email, and web.

8. Platform Disclaimer

• This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, ClickUp, or any third-party platform where it is advertised.

9. Sponsor & Administrator Roles

• This giveaway is sponsored by Flynn's Fire Island, which is solely responsible for providing event admission, VIP entry, reserved table and waitress service, and drink tickets.
• The 90's Band is the administrator of this giveaway and is managing the entry process, winner notifications, and promotional content. The 90's Band is solely responsible for providing the song request and on-stage shoutout elements of the prize.
• By entering, you acknowledge that Flynn's is the exclusive sponsor of all venue-provided prize elements, and The 90's Band assumes no responsibility for prize delivery, event execution, or third-party services associated with venue-provided elements of the prize.
